2. Course Access

Access is granted upon successful payment.
Subscriptions are non-transferable.
Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final.
No refunds for completed or partially completed courses.
Private sessions must be booked in advance.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Use the platform legally
Not distribute course materials
Not engage in abusive or harmful behavior

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, PDFs, quizzes, and materials are the property of TCF With Kaur.
Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Internet issues
Device problems
Exam outcomes (scores depend on individual performance)

Legal Framework

Enrollment and Usage

Course subscriptions cost $199/level or $799 for the full A1-C2 bundle. Payments are non-refundable, unless legally mandated. Access is for individual use only; sharing credentials will result in immediate termination without refund. All course materials and practice tests are proprietary property of TCF with Kaur, protected by copyright laws.

Private coaching sessions are $49 each for 50 minutes. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours advance notice; otherwise, the full fee applies. TCF with Kaur reserves the right to modify content, pricing, and these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of revised terms.
